Returns & credit policy

Items returned within 60 days of the invoice date will be eligible for a credit. Meat and dairy products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Any items presented for return after the 60-day period will not be accepted or credited under any circumstances.

Payment: Cash on delivery OR 28 days credit (subject to credit approval).

Ownership: All goods remain the property of Yekta Foods Ltd until invoices are paid in full.

Late payment: Invoices unpaid beyond 30 days will incur a 5% monthly charge on the outstanding balance until cleared.

Legal action: Yekta Foods Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal action for unpaid debts.
